WHY AM I RUNNING?

Having done extensive business travel throughout the US & the Caribbean; no place has felt more like home than Miami Beach and there is no better location in Miami Beach than the DECOPLAGE. It breaks my heart to see the building I call home for my two daughters, my wife, my father & myself; continue to deteriorate not just structurally but socially. I decided that I have NO right to blame & complain if I was not willing to DO SOMETHING to improve the DECOPLAGE & the Quality of Life deserving of our great location.

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. I am also a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) who has been responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar communications infrastructure projects for Electric & Water utilities. I am also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) and have worked as a consultant to a big 3 automotive manufacturer in the area of process improvement and quality control.

My 30-year career spanned through various aspects of electronics and Information Technology (IT) systems; encompassing design, manufacturing, process management, and project management in multiple industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, and the field of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI).
