WHAT WE WILL DO

  • The $17.0mm assessment – better communication, more transparency and monthly updates on money collected and spent

  • Expedite the 40/50 year certifications - stop blaming past Boards

  • Monthly communications - not just 3 months from Board Elections

  • Provide understandable, transparent and timely financial reporting

  • Strategically advance projects important to owners by empowering committees engaging the vast talent within our Community

  • Schedule Board meetings one week in advance with in-person and remote capabilities and allow owner input before taking action

  • Hold informal bi-monthly meetings with one Board member and the Manager to better understand Community challenges and encourage ideas for the betterment of our Community and building

  • Create an inclusive environment recognizing some owners live here full-time, others visit periodically, and others are investors

  • Minimize legal expenses by creating a cooperative environment, accepting responsibility for our actions and acting fiscally responsibly in the best interests of the Association.
